i was fixing a computer network connection and every time I do ipconfig
/all

if found this ip address ff:f6:192.168.1.46:CO:ff it look almos like
this I could even noticed that on the description says tunneling .....

my question is what kind of ip is this I have never seeing this before
can you let me know anything on this.

It is a type of IPv6 address.

The 192.168 space is reserved for private use...

to munge the first two octets of public ip address with x's (or not)
